In Montana there are 56 counties. Many people live in one county and work in another. Most people travel throughout the State. If you query criminal records of only one county you greatly increase the possibility that you will not find other criminal records from other counties. A large percentage of those cases that we have worked where a person has a Montana criminal record, that record is not in the county where he or she is currently residing.
