What is the advantage of Add Links + Notes?
Assume that you have transferred contact details without the resume information into your contact manager. Later, you can add the resume information by using this option. When you receive an updated resume from a candidate, where the contact details remain the same, you can add the resume information alone to the existing contact in your contact manger. Add Links + Notes creates a new link retaining the old resume information for future reference.
