What is the advantage of a training organisation helping me with a training needs analysis (TNA)?
This will identify skills and knowledge gaps so you can spend time training in the areas you need. This saves time, money and ensures you don’t have to do any irrelevant training. If I am referred on the assessment day how quickly must I retake the assessments? If you are referred on a small number of tasks (i.e. one or two), then you will have 12 months in which to be reassessed on these areas. After this time, you would have to take the whole day again.
