What is the advantage of a frog having three chambered heart instead of a four chambered heart?
The advantage would be that the blood would not have to come back to the heart after going to the lungs, it would get pumped from the heart, to the lungs, to the body, and then back to the heart. For those with four chambered hearts, the blood goes from the body through the right atrium and pumped to the lungs by the right ventricle, back to the heart through the left atrium, and pumped back through the body from the left ventricle.
