What is the Advanced Search?
The Advanced Search is a portion of the Fast Answers system. It allows a user to ask any question they would like (similar to Smart Search) but it also allows them to specify where answers will be coming from for the question asked. For example, if you have a question for the Admissions Office then you can use Advanced Search to first navigate to the Admissions category (similar to Category Search) and then you can type in and ask a question. Results will be returned that fit into the category you specified. Advanced Search is a great way to narrow down your results to the answer you are looking for. The advanced search can be accessed by registered members and allows you to search by detailed characteristics when searching for your nanny, including live-in or live-out, full-time, part-time temporary or summer, driver’s license, salary, preferred location, preferred language, nationality, smoking status, swimming status, do they have children and are they willing to do elder/companion care.
