The Adoption Resource Center opened in January 2000 and is located within the Family Service & Childrens Aid facility. The Center provides educational presentations to the community, facilitates the adoption of domestic and international infants and children with special needs and offers a means of support to those whose lives have been touched by adoption. Funds generated by the Wendys Charity Golf Classic helped start and now help maintain the Adoption Resource Center.
