What is the Adobe/Macromedia Contractual Licensing Program (CLP)?

0

The Contractual Licensing Program (CLP) is a flexible volume software licensing program offered through Adobe Open Options (AOO). It applies at least the same discount level to all of an organization’s Adobe desktop software (including Macromedia) ordering during the life of the CLP agreement, based on the value of an initial order — but with no further order commitment beyond that initial order. UNC-General Administration (GA) negotiated the current CLP, and the initial order placed by a few universities within the UNC system (other than NC State) was substantial enough to reach the lowest price levels that Adobe offers.
