What is the admissions process at FCA?
• Complete a student application form and sign the family covenant. Students entering grades six through twelve must also complete and sign a student cooperation agreement. Submit these documents along with a $150 application fee to the admissions department. • The admissions office will contact the family to set up an appointment for admissions testing, as well as an interview for older students. • All prospective students must be present during the interview with the school administrator. • Prospective students will be asked to take a placement test at a cost of $25. • If the school and parents are not in agreement on the decision to place the child at FCA, the application fee will be refunded. Otherwise, this fee is non-refundable. • Final acceptance is based on the interview, testing results, and student application. • Parents must submit a photocopy of their child’s birth certificate. • Transfer students should complete all paperwork with the admissions department. Once this paper
