What is the Administrative Group Report and why am I required to review it periodically?

The Administrative Group Report is a tool provided to all administrators to help them better control access to their data. A quick glance at this report will give an administrator a complete list of all users that have access to their organization’s data within Web interChange. Not only will the administrator know who is looking at their data, but they will also know the type of access that each user has, and what specific functions each user can perform. It will be the administrator’s obligation to review this report on a regular basis. If, for any reason, an administrator has not reviewed his/her group report(s) in 90 days, they will receive a friendly reminder each time they sign-on to Web interChange. To view the Group Report, simply navigate to the Web interChange Group Administration page and click on the ‘View Group Report’ button in the upper-panel. You will be presented with a web page documenting all users with access to your data, broken out by the group(s) that each user is
