What is the administrative fee or agency poundage?
A. The administrative fee is the state-mandated 2 percent monthly charge on top of the support order amount. It is a processing/administration fee. Ohio law requires SETS to not allocate any dollars to either current administrative fee or administrative fee arrears until all support obligations and any support arrears are met.
