All credit card deposits (through XMOne, the web deposit, and otherwise) are subject to a 3% Web Admin Fee charged by Wilfrid Laurier University. The Web Admin Fee is used to offset the costs of delivering the on-line service infrastructure including but not limited to servers, software, maintenance, support, future enhancements and equipment/software refreshment. For example, a $20.00 deposit would incur a charge of $0.60 by the University, making the actual deposit $19.40. Please make sure to keep this charge in mind when making your deposits.
