Dr Perovic says: “Fistulas in about 3-5% of patients. Of those, the majority of the complications resolve by themselves. Stenosis occurs in an even smaller percentage of patients. As far as I can remember, a testicular implant has protruded in only one patient (0.0025% of 400+ cases).
