What is the Actual [absolute] frame of reference?
First of all there is nothing like absolute frame of reference or actual frame of reference. Every thing is relative to each other, take for a example calculating a velocity of a car that just moved past you well using relativity concepts not equations you can calculate the velocity of the object by integrating its distance with speed from you frame of reference or commonly referred to as point of view.
