Under the accelerated schedule, preconstruction activities will begin in summer 2009. This will include site preparation such as utility relocation, native plant and seed gathering and salvage as well as tree removal and site grading. Construction of the roadway new is expected to begin in fall 2009, adjacent to the existing facility.
