What is the Academic Common Market and what are the advantages?
A. ACM is a reciprocal agreement that enables students to pursue unique degree majors in the other ACM states. ACM students living in any of the 16 ACM states pay in-state tuition at the participating out-of-state ACM institution. Savings to Maryland students and parents are significant. In turn, Maryland taxpayers save because ACM provides access to costly, unique baccalaureate and graduate programs.
