Symantec has committed to providing a read-only version of Ghost which CFI will be able to use in-house and provide customers with a Ghost Windows Vista image (vs. an ImageX Windows Vista image) installed on their new Dell systems – for those customers that prefer a Ghost image. SGSS 2.0 will support Windows Vista. This version of Ghost is still in beta and is tentatively scheduled for release in February. CFI is currently testing the beta for factory imaging and will be available alongside the release from Symantec.
