“Each Additional Person” rate is the cost for 3rd & 4th person after the first 2 people in cruise cabin who pay the double price. These triple & quad cabins may not be available for all room types and likely require bunk beds. Triple rates for tours are the price for each of 3 people & may involve a rollaway bed added to the room or 2 double beds; quad for 4 people is not usually offered on most tours.
