FEBRUARY 2010 – APRIL 2010 Questionnaire Assistance Centers and Be Counted sites open to answer questions. MARCH 2010 United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers initial 2010 Census questionnaires to households. MARCH 2010 – APRIL 2010 Be Counted program will be implemented.
