The 100% Recycled Paperboard Alliance (RPA-100%) is an independent, non-profit trade alliance headquartered in Washington, D.C., that brings together leading 100% recycled paperboard manufacturers to promote the use and labeling of 100% recycled paperboard, and to help consumer products companies analyze the benefits of converting to 100% recycled paperboard packaging.
