A. The “00744” phone service is an international communication service that allows you to make phone calls worldwide and within Japan at a very low price. This service can be used to call a regular phone or a cellular phone anywhere within and outside of Japan (This service can also be used for fax, and data transmission through modems connected to phone lines.) This service is only available to those customers who have agreed to pay for the service with a credit card, and who have registered their phone number that they will use for the service (regular phone or cellular phone number) to YND.
