What is that website on the gadget show with how to get through to real people on helplines?
There was no website shown to get through to somebody but the advice given was to press zero rather than one of the suggested numbers when prompted to select a number, I thought that was pretty funny how it seemed to baffle the automated response and so it put him through to an actual person.
