What is that ringing noise in my ears?
This describes a condition known as tinnitus, pronounced “tin-eye-tus”. It can be acute (short term) or chronic (long term). Currently there are no known cures for this condition but certain steps can be taken to reduce it’s intensity such as…decreasing salt intake, avoiding aspirin in large quantities and avoiding nerve stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine.
