What is that distant “structure?” between Santas head and the Xmas tree?

The webcam points pretty much west toward Captiva Drive and the gulf. However, Santa’s sleigh and the Christmas tree are much closer to the TW buildings than you would think – you almost miss ’em from the road because you don’t realize that.
