The clicking sound which makes your browser sound is an IE5 feature which clicks when a page is loaded. The option to turn it off is in Sounds and Multimedia in your Control Panel. Under Sound Events, scroll down to Windows Explorer. Eliminate the sound for Start Navigation and Complete Navigation.
