What is ThaliaProject?
ThaliaProject is a system that helps achieve success in projects by providing control and visibility on all the factors that have an effective, direct impact on the success of the project. Unlike traditional PM tools, ThaliaProject is not concerned with the accounting of resources, activities and milestones: instead it starts from the business objectives of the project and supports the breakdown into tactical objectives and further into success factors.
