We have a transparent fee structure. Our asset management fee is calculated as an annual percentage of the quarter end portfolio assets in arrears and is booked at the end of each quarter. Custody fees and trading commissions are separate. In the event that our clients decide to use one of our partner custodians, they may benefit from lower custody fees and trading commissions. With our fee structure our interests are aligned with our clients interests as we benefit only when we grow the asset base of our client accounts.
