TeleTech@Home is a dispersed workforce that is composed of associates working from their homes in select locations worldwide. Using TeleTech’s proprietary technology, these associates are able to securely access applications that are hosted at a remote location in order to support and assist customers with a variety of needs as well as address various back-office functions.
