What is Tekserve’s return policy?
Items may be returned to Tekserve within 14 days from when you received your purchase. The original packaging and accessories are required for all returns. Please let us know if you prefer an exchange, replacement, or refund when you request a return by mail or visit Tekserve to return your item. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Opened items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Defective items will be exchanged without a restocking fee. We encourage you to call the manufacturer of your item for technical support before returning it. About half the time, the manufacturer can fix the problem faster than we can replace the item. If you can not return the item to Tekserve, almost all products have a manufacturer warranty that will provide a repair or exchange for the malfunctioning item. Tekserve has a lifetime warranty on our memory (RAM) and cables. The following items may not be returned once opened (defective items will be exchanged): • Software • Paper • In-ear buds •
