What is Technocracys basic design for operating during a crisis or transition period?
Technocracy’s basic design in such circumstances would be the establishment of total conscription of men, machines, material and money with national service from all and profits to none. This is the program advocated by Technocracy during World War 11. If installed at that time, it would have saved many lives and shortened the war. Such a program would stabilize all industrial and service operations and provide a smoother transition into the Technocratic society.
