What is Teaching Resource Center’s return policy?
We guarantee our products unconditionally. Request for returns should be directed to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-8 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If you request a credit to your credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with a note indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Service for your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order. All special offer sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for product in this category.
