A: Unfortunately many ISOs, especially the larger ones are focusing on recruiting experienced bankcard reps and dont have a new agent training program. Its just a business decision on their part, many times new agents require so much support and hand holding that it just doesnt make financial sense for an ISO to spend the time and resource to train them.
