What is tarot and whats it used for?
Tarot cards are a tool that some psychics use to access and clarify intuitive information. (Even people who read cards without knowingly using their intuition, are in fact using their intuition. They just don’t know it. If they took my workshops they’d understand the mechanics better. :o) ) Tarot is the French word for a deck of 78 cards that developed gradually over hundreds of years. Each card bears an image designed to convey meaning through the combination of symbolism and aesthetic. The tarot cards themselves may be used for a multitude of purposes, but mainly personal exploration and spiritual growth. In English, tarot may be pronounced “TARE-oh,” or “tare-OH.” It is incorrect to pronounce it “tare-ot” (rhymes with carot). So please don’t call it that, it sounds silly.
