What is Tarmac LCC?
In order to help our customers make their own contribution towards combating climate change Tarmac has introduced its range of low carbon concretes. Tarmac LCC helps to Achieve a 50% carbon reduction by utlising a recycled aggregate with a lower carbon footprint, and also helps to meet future legislative demands. These types of concrete will enable developers to design with energy efficiency in mind, both in terms of running costs over the building’s lifetime and also in terms of embodied energy in the materials used.
