What is taking so long to get my check?
If you are currently in the adjudication process or were denied benefits are and in appeals, no checks are issued until which point you are found to meet all eligibility requirements of the law. If you have been found eligible for benefits and have waited more than 15 days after filing your weekly continued claim, there may be a problem with your claim. You will need to contact the claims center to find out the specifics. Select option 3 to speak to a representative.
