What is Tailspin’s return policy?
We will accept returns on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you have a question. If your hoop has been scratched or scuffed at all (in other words, showing signs of use) we will not be able to accept it as a return. We cannot accept returns of custom hoops, even in perfect condition — If you place a custom hoop order with us, we will e-mail you photos of the design you’ve requested to ensure that you are 100% happy with them before they ship. We have a perfect track record of customer satisfaction, and want to keep our good streak going.
