What is Tai Chi Chuan?
Tai Chi Chuan is a combination of martial arts and breathing exercises that evolved during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 AD) in China. Commonly referred to as “moving meditation,” Tai Chi is a mind body practice, which is used to calm the mind and energize the body through the equal distribution of “qi” (Chinese term for energy flow).
