The Trade Agreement Act (TAA) of 1979, 19 U.S.C. 2501, is a law that limits many government procurements to goods or services from countries with which the U.S. has a free trade agreement. TAA applies to all GSA Schedule 75 purchases. TAA only applies to procurements of $175,000 or more.
