What is T-Mobile UKs cancellation period?
Hi you need to check this with the store as the 14 day cooling off period only applies to distance selling i.e internet or phone sales when purchased in store then this doesn’t apply as you have seen the goods and agreed to pay for them that said T-Mobile offer a street check when purchasing a phone and if you took this then you can cancel between 7-14 days by saying the signal is not good enough they won’t check as that’s why they offer the service.
