What is system memory and all the other weird stuff on the client window (the log-in screen)?
These are game settings you can choose based on what you know is best for your system, your graphics card, etc. If you are not sure what settings to choose, then use the default settings; if you seem to be going too slow, suffering from screen freeze, or using an older computer, try using System Memory, No Alpha, a lower graphics card setting (4 MB card, for example), Reduce Lighting, and Reduce Animations settings. These settings may not give you the full graphical experience the game can offer, but may improve your performance. Also, unchecking the Enable Sounds box may offer some additional improvement.
