The Symposium on Yoga Research (SYR) is IAYT’s research specific symposium and the first widely publicized academic research meeting in the west dedicated to academic research on yoga therapy.SYR is aimed at academic researchers, graduate students, postdocs, and experts in this growing field. It will also host a preconference workshop on Yoga Research 101 on the basics of yoga research. This is aimed at therapists, instructors, new investigators and interested in yoga research and research projects, a unique opportunity to learn from experts in the field. SYR is hosted on the campus of the Himalayan Institute.
