What is Suzuki Summer Music Camp?
It is a wonderful, fun but intense week for Suzuki students, families, teachers and teacher trainees to enhance their music education. Suzuki teachers come from all parts of the country to offer fine points of instruction that complement the work that goes on throughout the year. The students grow tremendously during the week and will be highly motivated for the upcoming academic year, with a new love and appreciation for their instruments. Enrichment courses will be offered in Chamber Music, Kodaly, Harp and Bowl (praising God with your instrument), Fiddling, Family Chorus, New Approach (Kato Havas video with representative teacher), and elective classes in harp, guitar, cello, bass, flute, and piano.
