Sustainable Lifestyles stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. No merchandise may be returned without a written authorization issued by our claims department. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. The following cannot be returned for any reason: merchandise custom sized or shape, cut or installed with visible defects, wrong color or off dye lots will not be considered.
