What is supposed to happen when I click on the link in the email I received?
If the message you received was sent with normal security then your browser should open and play the voice message as a sound file. If the message was sent with higher security then you will need to sign in with your Vemail User/Account Number and PIN. If this is your first time and you don’t have a Vemail User/Account Number and PIN then click Register. In either case, if the message sender specified an Avatron, you will also see a three dimensional avatar while you are listening to the message.
