Supportive housing helps seniors to live in their own apartments. There are seven apartment buildings in Halton where you can get Supportive Housing. In Supportive Housing you can get help with everyday things like preparing meals, taking a bath, getting dressed or being reminded when to take your medicine. If you complete the Community Supportive Housing for Senior Citizens Application Form, the Supportive Housing Provider will evaluate your needs.
