Sun led the JBI 1.0 specification that received final approval on June 21st, 2005. JBI is the open standards based foundation for delivering composite applications in a SOA. Sun intends to deliver to market a JBI compatible product within 12 months of the finalization of the specification. In addition,we plan to publish a roadmap will within 90 days after the close of the acquisition to reflect the synergy between ICAN and JBI.
