What is Sun Microsystems mission/cause?
A. Since 1982, Sun has maintained that the network is the computer. Sun’s vision is to see everyone and everything participating on the network. Sun’s mission is to create technologies and fuel communities that enable sharing and participation. Sun’s cause is to eliminate the digital divide. Eliminating the digital divide allows everyone to take part in opportunities and contribute to solutions regardless of their geographic location or economic situation.
