What is Subrogation and Reimbursement?
It is a health care cost containment measure implemented by OGB. It places the cost of health care for accidental injury on the company or person, or their liability insurance, which negligently caused the injury and is responsible for the damages. Subrogation and Reimbursement enables OGB to recover its payments made for accidental injury expenses and use these funds for other health care expenses like heart and cancer care.
