What is Structural Restorative Therapy (SRT)?
Structural Restorative Therapy is a new and effective whole body hands-on therapeutic approach for the relief of pain, aches and the restoration of motion. These treatments aim to align and balance the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia* by application of sustained pressure into areas of myofascial* restrictions. When restricted fascia is released and lengthened, the body can return to its structurally optimal position, allowing muscles to move more efficiently. Do You Need SRT?
