Morphine is stringer. The medication in Oxycontin is the EXACT same medication as in Percocet, there’s just no Tylenol and it’s in an acrylic matrix that disolves slowly so it lasts 12 hours. Morphine is one of the strongest painkillers available, only Dilaudid is stronger. The time release doesn’t make the medication stronger, it just makes it last longer.
