Our Cancellation Policy is based on 24-hour notice. In many class situations we do have waiting lists. The policy is as follows: 1. No charge for 24-hour notice. 2. Less than 24-hours prior to appointment, 100% charge. Exception: If we can fill your appointment, you will not be charged. 3. You will be charged for a no show. Illness and Emergency Cancellation Policy: We understand there are circumstances in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled appointment without having given 24-hours notice of cancellation. In the event you are sick or have an unavoidable emergency you have two options: 1. No charge with no secured appointment for the following week. 2. Charged 100% and a secured appointment for the following week.
